Justin has a wide ranging recruitment background previously managing the IT recruitment needs of major brands and high technology accounts. Often working in cutting edge sectors with little prior experience he has developed a pragmatic and results driven approach to recruitment.
Justin has conducted professional study with the CIPD and the British Institute of Psychology. Early in his career he moved into a retained Search and Selection business, Barnes Kavelle to expanded his recruitment tool kit and assessment ability and delivered a diverse range of assignments in new industries, functions and disciplines whilst honing his knowledge of business and becoming a board director and shareholder in 2007.
Justin has developed a broad view of best practice and how great talent adds value in such diverse sectors as telecoms and IT, heavy engineering, energy, and ultra-efficient lean manufacturing operations, through to niche sectors such as identity security solutions, city-based automated exchange trading, and innovative VC-backed technology start-ups.
As the CEO of CIG-London Ltd, Justin continues to deliver retained assignments as well as driving global relationships with the other members in the Cornerstone International Group. In his view the ability to listen and ask the right questions is key to both great recruitment and business relationships.
Justin works nationally as well as internationally, and speaks fluent French and intermediate Italian. He is never happier however than when strolling in the mountains or standing waist-high in a river fishing for trout. Justin supports a number of international charities including kiva.
